Crow Black Sky was formed in Cape Town, South Africa, in April 2009, by Gideon Lamprecht, Kean Malcolmson, and Stephen Spinas. With time, the lineup was solidified with Ryan Higgo on vocals, Lawrence Jaeger on drums, and Brad Saunders on the second lead guitar....

While having an undying passion for music that paints a powerful masterpiece, their grand vision is one of global conquest, and that vision is what will drive them until the end of their days.

The band performs a unique style that draws influence from throughout the extreme metal spectrum, occasionally utilizing progressive, classical, atmospheric, and acoustic elements, while keeping a balance between skilled musicianship, catchy melodies, and hard-hitting 'blackened metal'. Crow Black Sky has a distinctly melodic sound, having three seven-string guitarists.

The debut album, 'Pantheion', was digitally released on 18 December 2010. The making of the music video for ‘Stars of God’ is currently underway, and will be released along with the fully remastered version of ‘Pantheion’. Work on the second album has already begun, and will be in full swing once the upcoming music video has been released!
